Carol Wick
Carol Wick serves as Executive Director of the Brick Foundation, bringing more than 35 years of nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, organizational growth, and social-impact experience. A licensed marriage and family therapist, approved supervisor, and trauma therapist, Carol has spent her career working at the intersection of mental health, human services, research, and systems change. As founder and president of Sharity, she has advised nonprofit organizations across the United States and internationally on strategy, fundraising, impact, and sustainable growth, helping raise more than $300 million in philanthropic support throughout her career.
Carol’s work has included research, public policy, organizational leadership, and large-scale initiatives spanning mental health, health and human services, education, domestic violence, community development, and international systems. She has worked across 37 countries and is a nationally recognized speaker and advisor on nonprofit sustainability, leadership, fundraising, and impact. At the Brick Foundation, Carol works with the board and team to strengthen the Foundation’s infrastructure, partnerships, philanthropy, and reach, helping translate research and resources into sustainable opportunities to improve mental well-being and prevent ovarian cancer.
