A prolific and passionate author, Shirley has written more than 1,000 magazine articles and books. Shirley has more than 30 years of experience in holistic health and wellness program development and has served as a health promotion professional in preventive medicine at Stanford Prevention Research Center at Stanford University School of Medicine for 15 years. With Mindful Living 365 she offers integrative, evidence-based tools designed to help people channel their innate power into creating the happy and healthy lives they desire. Her mission is to guide people to unlock the natural and instinctive resources that are already within them.
